City Clerk

The Clerk serves as the link between the City Council and the residents of Grove City.

The City Clerk's office provides clerical, record keeping and administrative functions for the City of Grove City. The City Clerk's office can help if you need a building permit, dog license or want to reserve the Community Center. The City office is also where you can drop off utility payments.
