Vendor Registration
Hello and Thank You for your interest in being a vendor during the Grove City Windmill Days! Please complete this application and you will be notified shortly if your application has been accepted. (This form is for non-food vendors only as food vendors are by invitation only.)
There is a $25, non-refundable fee to participate as a vendor. Applications and fees are due on or before Wednesday, August 5th, 2026. Registration is not complete until the $25 fee is mailed or handed in at City Hall by the deadline. Please make checks payable to Grove City EDA.

Guidelines:
Set up is on Saturday, August 15 at 8am with exhibits open from 9am-4pm in Windmill Park. In case of inclement weather, set up will be at the South Grove gym. Exhibitors are encouraged to remain near their booths. You must provide your own tents and tables for your exhibit.
